Shipping and Processing Policy

It normally takes us 2-3 business days to process your order. If you need it asap, please send us a message or leave us a note when you place your order. It would be really useful for us to know when you would like to receive it. 

7 - 15 Days Return and Exchange Policy

All shipping cost(s) is non-refundable. Customers are welcome to purchase a shipping label from us and drop off the item at the local post office. Shipping label costs $9 or more depends on the shipping location, quality, and weight (domestic only). Please contact us for details. 

Please send the item back with the original purchase receipt for exchange or return. A refund might not be processed if the receipt is missing. All merchandise must be returned in the original selling condition. 

Due to the nature of our products, returns must be sent to us within 7 days from the delivery day. Please contact us if you need more than 7 days for a dress fitting. We are happy to extend it to 10 days. 

The cost of the merchandise will be refunded to the original form of payment after we receive the return item.
